Memoirs of Shea (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this storefront and mobile shopping experience. This policy explains our practices regarding personal data for customers in the United States and other regions where we ship. When you checkout, payment details are processed by our payment partner; we receive confirmation tokens and the last four digits of your card, not your full card number. We also collect device and usage data needed to run the app: approximate location from IP address, browser or app version, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs when something fails.

How we use your information

We use your data to process and fulfill orders, send transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notices), provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve product recommendations and site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may sign out of your account at any time from Settings. Guest shoppers can shop without an account; order history on a shared device may remain until you clear app storage. To request access or deletion, email support from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Children

Our products and site are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable payment partners for card processing. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

International shoppers

If you order from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. where our systems are hosted. By using our services, you consent to that transfer where permitted by law. Local privacy laws may give you additional rights — contact us to exercise them.
